From a single bulb mutation of Georgian Crystal over 7 years ago we have multiplied this outstanding purple garlic. Purple on the outside with purpleish/tan clove coverings. This garlic is not for the meek. Robust flavor with serious butt kickin heat. Large bulbs with 5-8 large easy to peel cloves. This garlic is a private variety of Irish Eyes Garden Seeds and can not be reproduced for seed or replanting without expressed written permission. Patent pending.
