The skin is pale orange-red and lightly netted with delicate yellow semi-moist flesh. These beautiful, medium-sized round tubers with wonderful flavor are excellent cooked every way—steamed, boiled, baked, fried, mashed, roasted, or scalloped. They are disease-resistant and drought-tolerant, and do not do well with over-watering. If you like this variety also try French Fingerling.
