Our Return Guidelines
If we ship you the wrong product or it shows up damaged or defective, we will send a replacement or provide a refund. Provided the product is returned to us in the original packaging undamaged.
If you order the wrong item, size, or you change your mind about a product we will refund the purchase price of the product minus the shipping cost. Provided the product is returned to us in the original packaging and undamaged.
Seed: We will accept authorized returns within a year of the original purchase date.
Perishable Goods: If a product shows up damaged or spoiled, you have 3 days after delivery date to call in to make a claim. We ask you to send us pictures of the damaged or spoiled goods, and we will refund depending on each case. Potatoes, garlic, shallots, and onions are all living products. If they are not stored correctly after receiving they will spoil. Irish Eyes is not responsible for how your product is stored after receiving.
If paid by credit card, the charges will be put back onto the card that was used for purchase. Please note it can take up to 2-7 business days to post charges back onto your card, depending on your credit institutions policies.
If paid by check or cash, a refund check will be mailed to you.
