Inside you’ll find large, thick rings with mostly single centers and attractive white flesh. Bulbs have small necks and a beautiful golden color. If well-cured, keeping them until March should be no problem. If a northern gardener wanted a sweet storage onion, this one would be the type to grow. Nearly as tasty as Texas Supersweet!
