Pre-nuclear potatoes are the earliest generation of potatoes. These are grown from tissue culture in our greenhouses. As these have never been grown in native soil and they are free of disease. These marble sized tubers can produce high yields of up to 200% or more by weight. This gourmet quality fingerling has smooth red skin and yellow flesh. There is usually a little pink/red ring just under the skin. It produces medium to large tubers. (15 count)
