Dipel Dust

Dipel Dust is a biological insecticide that provides effective control of caterpillars and other leaf-feeding worms without the use of conventional chemical insecticides. Containing the naturally occurring bacterium Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt), Dipel Dust targets caterpillar pests while remaining an excellent choice for integrated pest management.

Ideal for use on vegetables, fruits, ornamentals, flowers, and lawns, Dipel Dust controls a wide range of destructive pests including tomato hornworms, loopers, webworms, armyworms, cutworms, leaf rollers, and many other caterpillars. Once a caterpillar feeds on treated foliage, the Bt acts as a stomach poison, causing it to stop feeding within a few hours. The insect then dies naturally over the following several days, preventing further damage to your plants.

Apply Dipel Dust evenly to plant surfaces where caterpillars are actively feeding, following label directions for best results. Because the product must be ingested to be effective, thorough coverage of foliage is important. Reapply as directed after heavy rain or as new plant growth emerges to maintain protection throughout the growing season.
