Monterey Insect Spray

Monterey Insect Spray is a powerful, OMRI-listed organic insect control featuring Spinosad A & D, a naturally derived active ingredient considered the next generation of biological pest management. Originally developed from naturally occurring soil bacteria, Spinosad works by affecting the nervous system of insects, providing effective control of a broad range of garden pests.

While not specifically formulated for Colorado Potato Beetle, many gardeners have found Spinosad to be one of the most effective treatments available for managing this challenging pest. Its broad label includes control of Colorado Potato Beetle, codling moth, armyworms, loopers, moths, corn borers, thrips, caterpillars, beetles, and many other damaging insects.

Monterey Insect Spray can be used on vegetables, fruit trees, lawns, and ornamental plants, with applications allowed up to one day before harvest on listed crops. Mix at a rate of 2 ounces per gallon of water and apply thoroughly to affected plants. For best results, monitor plants regularly and treat early when pests are first detected.
