Description

Chesnok Red Garlic is a Purple Stripe-type hardneck variety and one of the most dependable performers in the garden year after year. Originally from Shvelisi in the Republic of Georgia, this exceptional garlic is prized for its rich purple coloration and outstanding culinary qualities. These bulbs measure approximately 1.75"–1.9" in circumference, smaller than our standard 2" bulbs, but they are still excellent-quality seed garlic and a great choice for planting. Chesnok Red is widely regarded as one of the finest baking garlics, retaining both its shape and rich flavor during cooking while developing a smooth, creamy texture.
