Description

Svea Garlic is a Marbled Purple Stripe hardneck variety prized for its beautiful bulb coloration, dependable production, and rich, well-balanced garlic flavor. This striking variety produces attractive bulbs with deep purple marbling and large, easy-to-peel cloves, making it a favorite for both the garden and the kitchen.

Svea performs especially well in colder climates, where Marbled Purple Stripes thrive. It offers the bold, complex flavor this garlic group is known for, becoming rich and sweet when roasted while maintaining a pleasantly robust bite when used raw.
