Description

Mexican Pearl is a Creole variety originating from Sonora Mexico. Creamy white cloves with pearly papers. Grows huge bulbs with 12-14 cloves. Spicy when raw but sweet and creamy when roasted.

Creole varieties are weak bolting so some will get a hardneck and some will not. Grows well in southern climates.
