Description
An early white open pollinated corn developed from Native American seed stock by Steve Zwinger. Dakota Ivory is a dry flour corn that grinds easily with a sweet unique taste. It can also be eaten as a white sweet corn. Matures even in short growing seasons requiring only 1650 BTU growing degree hours to reach maturity. Plants are 4-6 feet tall with 1-2 ears per plant. Ears average 6-8″ with 10-12 rows per ear. It is tolerant to cool soils with good seedling vigor.
