Pre-nuclear potatoes are the earliest generation of potatoes. These are grown from tissue culture in our greenhouses. As these have never been grown in native soil and they are free of disease. These marble sized tubers can produce high yields of up to 200% or more by weight.

An Alaskan bred potato variety that produces large fingerling shaped tubers. The dark purple skin and flesh retains its color even when boiled. Its excellent earthy flavor and waxy texture are richly enhanced when barbecued, bringing out the warm woodsy smoke flavor of this delicious tuber.
