Pre-nuclear potatoes are the earliest generation of potatoes. These are grown from tissue culture in our greenhouses. As these have never been grown in native soil and they are free of disease. These marble sized tubers can produce high yields of up to 200% or more by weight. An oblong, mid season potato with smooth dark purple skin. Almost solid purple inside unlike All Blue. Very good table quality. Makes a beautiful blue potato salad. (15 count)
