Description

Pre-nuclear potatoes are the earliest generation of potatoes. These are grown from tissue culture in our greenhouses. As these have never been grown in native soil and they are free of disease. These marble sized tubers can produce high yields of up to 200% or more by weight.

The skin is pale orange-red and lightly netted with delicate yellow semi-moist flesh. These beautiful, medium-sized, round tubers have a wonderful flavor and are excellent cooked every way; steamed, boiled, baked, fried, mashed, roasted or scalloped.
