Description
This historic variety is one of the few potatoes imported directly from South America, and wasn’t grown outside the Makah Nation until the 1980s. The Makah Tribe permitted Slow Food Seattle to board it onto the Slow Food Ark of Taste, a living catalog of delicious and distinctive foods facing extinction. A prolific fingerling with thin skin, creamy yellowish flesh, and a robust, earthly flavor. This is the one everyone is talking about! (8 count)
