Delicata Squash is a beloved heirloom winter squash known for its creamy, sweet flavor and distinctive cream-colored skin with green or orange stripes. Its oblong fruits have thin, edible skin and tender, golden flesh that roasts beautifully. Often called “sweet potato squash,” Delicata is ideal for baking, roasting, stuffing, or slicing into rings for quick cooking.
