Description
Greek Oregano is a highly aromatic Mediterranean herb known for its small, oval leaves and robust, pungent flavor with warm, peppery notes. It is considered one of the strongest-flavored oregano varieties and is a staple in Greek, Italian, and Middle Eastern cooking, especially for meats, sauces, and roasted dishes.
This hardy perennial thrives in hot, dry conditions and is well-suited to low-water gardens. It forms dense, spreading mounds and produces abundant foliage that can be harvested fresh or dried for long-term use.
