Description

Pre-nuclear potatoes are the earliest generation of potatoes. These are grown from tissue culture in our greenhouses. As these have never been grown in native soil and they are free of disease. These marble sized tubers can produce high yields of up to 200% or more by weight. Somewhat new and rather rare with brilliant red skin and reddish pink flesh. Medium to long tubers have very shallow eyes and come out of the ground clean as a whistle. This fingerling is very uniformly shaped and produces prolific yields. Very well suited to the restaurant trade. (15 count)
