Description
Garlic starts shipping mid-September, cannot be shipped sooner. Softneck garlic is available in fall and early spring.
Silver Rose Garlic is a Silverskin-type softneck variety producing rose-colored cloves wrapped in very smooth, bright-white bulbs. It is a beautiful garlic for braiding and is widely valued for both its appearance and exceptional storage performance. This is the longest-storing garlic we sell and is frequently planted in spring due to its fast-growing nature. It is especially popular in the Western and Southern United States, as well as in France and Italy. Each head typically contains 12–15 cloves.
