Description
Garlic starts shipping mid-September, cannot be shipped sooner. Softneck garlic is available in fall and early spring.
Italian Late Garlic is a Silverskin-type softneck variety known for its smooth, light-colored bulbs and tightly wrapped cloves. The cloves are generally round, plump, and uniform, with an attractive appearance that makes this variety especially well suited for braiding. Its extra-tight skin contributes to excellent storage quality, helping bulbs maintain freshness for extended periods. This late-maturing variety is typically smaller than Early Italian Purple but offers strong keeping ability and dependable performance.
